I just wanted to say thanks for your patience and friendly good humour over the saga of the turbo warranty claim. You can't place a value on people you can trust when it comes to car maintenance and I think that you have been very kind to me and helpful over the past few weeks. One thing though - I notice that the last couple of times I have brought the X Trail in you have addressed the invoive to Mrs Wibrew. Seizing my chance I rushed home and asked her for 1,402 quid and do you know what? She turned me down!!! Seriously, thanks again
