I went to the Fratton centre to have a wheel checked. The staff were friendly and helpful and I felt that they were dedicated to sorting out my needs quickly and efficently. Brilliant service 5 out of 5

I wish to place on record that I received excellent service from the Portsmouth (Fratton Road) branch. Shaun the receptionist, the MOT engineer and other members of staff were courteous, helpful and were a credit to the company. I would be very greatful if these comments were relayed to your Cheif Executive. It was a pleasure going into this branch and I shall certainly use them again. Well Done!

In the last few months my son's car has been into your workshop for a problem with an oil leak. Unfortunately I had to return the car with the same problem (which was no fault of the work carried out by your technicians at all) and the necessary work was repeated on 2 occasions with no extra charge.
