I was very impressed with the service that I received, last week, at the Crownhill Plymouth depot. On the way there I had to phone for directions. Gavin gave me very easy directions and he dealt with me for the rest of the time. He was very helpful and courteous, especially when my car needed work to pass the MOT. The work was carried out with no problems, and the car passed and was ready for me to collect it at 4pm. Although I live a long way from Plymouth, I will definitely be going back there again to get future work done. It was a pleasure to deal with all your staff.

I’d like to thank the Crownhill branch in Plymouth for a great job. It could have cost me lots of money but they searched for a solution to the problem thoroughly and came up with the goods, Very clear explanations of the problem and they talked through and showed me the solution they came up with.
