On the 8th April I purchased a second hand Audi A3 which I duly took to your Autocentre branch in Park Royal for an MOT.As a result initially it failed, however Mr R Sinani the Centre Manager and his colleagues took a lot of time explaining the poblems with the car and very gently let me down to the fact that I faced a very large bill for the repairs etc to get the car in a fully serviceable condition.They were all extremely sympathetic over my predicament as my invoice 232/1146 dated 11/3/2011 will attest.My congratulations go to them for a superb understanding of what "CUSTOMER SERVICE" is all about
