I would like to thank you so very much. I had already been to another auto centre that could not help me on the day my radiator sprang a leak. The Manager was so very helpful he sourced me a new radiator and arranged for it to be fitted that same day. My car went in there at 2.30pm and came back out at 5.30pm, all fixed! Wonderful service and they were all so friendly, I will definitely be going back. In fact, i’m just about to book a cambelt change. Thanks again!

I would like to thank the team at Nuthall Road and in particular Mr David Jones who manages his team with the utmost professionalism and consideration for his clients. As a person who was new to the area I felt immediately welcomed and comfortable to ring in at any time to ask for advice my car has had a few fails this year and all of the issues have been dealt with swiftly, with regards to communications and updates. I could not have asked for better service and I shall be sorry to leave them as I will be moving down south next week. I will also be recommendiong them to any person I know who requires such services in the future.

I would just like to take the opportunity to write in and let you know of the excellent service I received from your Auto Centre in Nottingham (Nuthall Road). My car has recently had a few problems and the service I received by all members of your garage was superb especially from the centre manager Dave Jones. It's nice in todays day and age to find a garage who you feel you can trust and also offers an exceptional level of service. I would like to write to inform you about excellent customer service I received at one of your Nottingham stores (Nuthall Road). The member of staff in question was Paul Nawrocki (Ass Manager), who went the extra mile in providing me with a friendly yet professional service, when I visited last Friday (1st April 2011). Mr Nawrocki appeared to be very thorough and proud of the job he does, which was a pleasure to see. I called the store again today, as the wheel lock attachments for the bolts was not in the case from when I had my tyre replaced . . . and again I received great service and was told if I go in on the 14th, I can get a replacement. It is such a refreshing change to be served by people who are going the 'extra mile' and in relation to Mr Nawrocki . . . if you could bottle his customer service skills and enthusiasm . . . you'd have bucket loads!!! Please pass on my grattitude as it is much appreciated.

I am writing to ensure you are aware of the fabulous service being given by your team. I have recently had reason to take my second car a 10 year old Escort off the road for 6 months. My son in law then announced he wanted to use it to transport materials while he was renovating a new property which meant that the car needed a quick service. Nothing was too much trouble including receiving a telephone call saying what was wrong and how much it would cost to fix. Unfortunately I was unaware of your closing times and was late collecting it but even though it was Saturday evening no one chastised me.I have since had you do an M O T on it with an interim service all at the price quoted and even though I was four hours late for the appointment due to circumstances beyond my control, although I did apologise, again there was no problem. The work was done on that day and now drives like a dream. So much so my wife wants it back. I have previously used an excellent small garage on the other side of the city for my car repairs but I will be bringing in my Zetec for its MOT and service in November as I HAVE BEEN TRULY IMPRESSED with your outlets efficiency and friendliness. I have completed the survey but would also like to say that the staff at Nuthall road was extremely helpful. They arranged transport for me to get back to work from the garage after leaving the car, which was very kind as it would have taken a while if I had to get the bus or walk. They also called me to keep me informed of the work which was needed and again when the car was ready for collection I am very pleased at the service provided.
