Our son has only just started driving and brought his first car for an MOT and servicing several months ago. We found that Chris who runs Halfords in Newbury has been so good to deal with that we now take our own cars there also. Usually taking a car in for a servide is a hit and miss event, but with Chris's manner and knowledge we know that all three of our cars will be looked after and serviced correctly, Chris always goes the extra mile to ensure taht we are happy and we cannot speak more highly of him. We will definetly keep bringing our cars there and recommending him to our family and friends.

I would like to pass on my thanks and appreciation to the manager of your branch in Newbury, Berkshire. The service offered was absolutely first class and his actions and help went the extra mile to help get my wife's car through it's MOT. We took the car in on the first Saturday of the new year and he really made the effort to ensure the car got through the MOT even though it was close to the end of his day. I would definitely recommend your centre to friends and will be using again in the future.

As your staff in general, and your Manager (Jason Teague) in particular had been very helpful, extremely efficient and had also been quite friendly I feel that you should be told how good we found them to be.
Jason Teague even called at our house during his own time in the evening to ascertain how the car was operating - you can't get better service than that! I would ask you to note how efficient I found your whole set-up at Newbury and to bear my comments in mind in any award scheme that you may operate.
