I am writing to inform you of a very positive experience I had at your Ardwick Autocentre in Manchester recently.Until last week, I regularly serviced my car at a Peugeot main dealer garage. This in part was because I mistrusted 'non main dealer' and independent garages. As a female driver, I had some bad experience with unscrupulous garages and held some reservations about being an easy target. However, I decided to try the Ardwick Autocentre to compare another garage against my regular garage because I had a few doubts about whether I was receiving the best service available from them. When I visited the Ardwick centre I did not book a service straight away as I wanted to assess whether or not using this garage felt right. I visited the garage on a recommendation from a friend who is a regular customer. My first impression was very good. I was greeted by Michael (who turned out to be a star!) on the front desk. It wasn't long before I understood why my friend had spoken so positively about him when making the recommendation to me. It was the service, advice and approach I received from Michael that made me confident book in for a service, I was very impressed with him and feel he went out of his way to make sure I received the best possible service I could. I felt very looked after by him. Although I wasn't present at the service I believe the mechanics who worked on my car were diligent and gave my car their fullest attention, as since the service I have noticed that my car's performance has improved. I am enjoying the drive in a way didn't before. So I would like to say 'thank you' to Nationwide Autocentres and also to say I will be staying with the Autocentre in Ardwick as I feel I have found a garage I can trust. In my opinion Michael is a real asset to your company.

We were recovered to the centre at closing time, they decided there and then to tackle the problem for me, did not even hesitate. The work was all done with willingness and a smile, even though they ended up finishing the work in their own time. I cannot praise them enough for the way they got me out of a very difficult situation.
