I used the Ilford High branch for the first time on Friday the 17th of Feb. I was extremely impressed with the service and politeness of the staff. I first spoke to John on the phone where he was full knowledgeable and advised me on exactly what service I needed. At no point did I feel that I was being misled even though I have had bad experiences with other garages in the past. My entire experience at Halfords was a friendly and polite service from both John and Ben. Very happy with the work carried out and they have made themselves a lifelong customer. Thanks John, Ben and the rest of the guys at Ilford High.
