I have handed over my car to the Service Centre in Horsham and Alex and his team has looked at it. They have managed to get the MOT done as well as changed the oil for the automatic gear box within a day. Well done. You have a new customer now, doing my services with you in the future.

Just a brief note of praise for your Horsham service centre. I have had the misfortune of vehicle failure and today was due to be transported to the Horsham service centre, but due to a change of plans I ended up at your Woking centre, but I have just been really impressed to recieve a follow up call from the Horsham centre to enquire the whereabouts of my car and to ensure that there had not been any further problems. Great service by your Horsham team.

We were recovered to the centre at closing time, they decided there and then to tackle the problem for me, did not even hesitate. The work was all done with willingness and a smile, even though they ended up finishing the work in their own time. I cannot praise them enough for the way they got me out of a very difficult situation.
