The manager of your Gosport branch (Stuart) deserves much praise from me in the way he has handled the problems associated with my Mercedes rear wiper motor and rear screen. He has bent over backwards to help, all with a professional and good natured attitude. When my car had to be garaged, he even ran me home in his own car. Service like this is rare to day and I consider Stuart exceptional in his appearance, approach and 'can do' attitude. I seldom find much to praise people about but hope this email finds its way to the appropriate senior level within your organisation.
