The staff at Feltham Autocentre were very helpful, understanding and, most important of all, honest, as they declined to replace something that didn't really need replacing, unlike other places. Would certainly use them again!

I just wanted to let you know that I have been extremely impressed with the level of service recieved from Dave Bradley. Dave has been very positive and very helpful in getting an issue resolved for one of our drivers that had a problem with their Audi A3 and has managed to go above and beyond what I expected his garage to do. I would like to say thank you and say how impressed I was with the service provided by Tobias and Dave at Feltham branch. When I first rang for a quote, Tobias was polite, informative, helpful and even stated that they were not as cheap as Mr Clutch! I was impressed with the honesty and professionalism. When I collected my car today I was shown by Dave (Manager) the condition of my removed / replaced clutch. Very impressed and both contacts are a credit to your company.
