Recently had my MOT done at the Exeter branch, cannot praise the staff highly enough for their ease of manner, politeness, co-operation, willingness to help and the added bonus of being able to discuss any issue I might have been worrying about concerning my vehicle. The examiner could not have been more pleasantly conducted, putting me at ease and nothing was too much trouble.

The AA man who came to my assistance arranged for the car to be transported to Exeter workshop where, at short notice the manager and staff agreed to undertake the necessary repair. While there I was treated with courtesy and in no way made to feel a nuisance: because of their willingness to rectify the problem, I was able to continue on my journey later the same day. This was first class service indeed.
