During a day trip to Eastbourne (from Hertfordshire) on Tuesday 2nd June I was unfortunate enough to break down! The AA took me to your branch in Eastbourne where I received outstanding service. Phillipa was extremely efficient in locating a new alternator for my Volvo and had it fitted the same day ready for me to collect the car at 5:15pm. I am rarely moved to write to a company but the service I received from Phillipa and the team at Eastbourne was outstanding...having my car MOT'd was a pleasure! I was kept informed of the work throughout, the staff are friendly, polite, funny and the whole place has a really nice atmosphere. And it was well priced too, congratulations for looking after your customers and you have just won a new 'regular'!
