I would just like to email you and compliment the staff at the Dover branch especially the Manager Darren - he has always looked after our car very well, is helpful and friendly whenever we call and goes above and beyond the call of duty. I know people are always quick to complain - myself included - but I would be grateful if you could please pass on my comments to Darren's area manager. I would certainly always recomend people to use your firm after the service I have received from the Dover branch.

We cannot thank or praise the staff at this centre enough after they took our call very late and booked us in first thing. The level of professionalism and customer service was great, we shall certainly recommend them.
