I just wanted to send you an email to say how well I have been treated at this branch. I had to take a car in for an MOT a couple of weeks ago - the service was excellent, friendly, supportive, and everything was explained clearly. Then this week I took in another car, for a health check and some work - and again I was very impressed by the speed, the sense of care given by the workforce, and particularly Dave Astle and Bob. Certainly I would recommend anyone to go there for car repairs, and I hope this standard of customer service is recognised.

I have just had a car service at your London Road, Derby autocentre and I must say how well they did it and how they looked after me while I was there. They were first class. I will go again and I will recommend them to my friends and family.

I would just like to praise the service I received from your Derby branch. I had driven up from London for a business meeting, and suffered a hole in my fuel filter. They dealt with my problem very quickly and I was back on the road by midday. Please pass on my gratitude to the manager for such great service.

The London Rd Derby depot had my wifes vauxhall zafira which had a problem loosing coolant and oil, the cause was swiftly diagnosed and an estimate given for the repairs. The cost of the repairs came in under the estimate given and the car now runs better and more economically than before. A big thanks for keeping the wife on the road and saving me money.
