The Crewe manager (Andy) was awesome. He gave me a discount even though the bearing was outside of the guarantee period, and then worked his butt off to find me a new bearing. My car (Toyota Corolla) does not take the normal parts for reasons best known only to Toyota. Many databases do not seem to show this so it was not until the bearing assemly was removed that they found they had the wrong replacement. Andy tracked down the right bearing direct from Toyota and got my car back on the road by lunch time the next day, and kept me informed throughout. Im very impressed with him and his team, and appreciate their hard work greatly.

I just wanted to give you some feedback about Andy that works at your Crewe branch. I am really impressed that he was able to fit me in within 24 hours when I had problems with my brakes. He understood my needs and was able to get my vehicle repaired the same day. When there was a delay in him getting the parts due to local traffic, he took the time to call me and let me know of the delay. Because of the way Andy has dealt with me I took out the MOT cover and will be bringing all our cars to Nationwide Autocentres - specifically Crewe, due to their excellent service.
