Just wanted to take the opportunity to convey my sincere thanks for the service provided to on Friday 16th December '10. Following the necessity to contact the AA due to a flat battery and the ultimate diagnosis that the alternator needed replacing. The AA recovery colleagues recommended I drive to your service centre . On my arrival, at close to 5pm, on an evening when traffic conditions in Coventry were poor due to severe weather conditions, your colleagues ROY was most helpful. He immediately arranged for delivery of the necessary part, contacted AA, and assured me my car would be ready for collection the following lunchtime. Service provided was first class and would appreciate it if you could convey my appreciation and thanks to Roy and his colleagues for such prompt and efficient service. Once again, many thanks.
