Message Dennis and the team provide a good customer service, including confirming rebooking if required due to the automated booking system sometimes overbooking them. I trust them with each of our cars come MOT time.

I have just had one of my cars MOT'd at your Tewkesbury Rd, Cheltenham branch, and received such good service, that I thought I would email in and ask you to pass on my thanks to Derek, the manager. Instead of causing me a major problem by failing the car on a minor fault, (sticking handbrake), he arranged for the work to be done the next day, (today), ensuring the car was fully compliant, fixed quickly, and at a very fair price. Excellent service, deliverd with understanding, and humour!

What a team! You can't help but be a bit apprehensive, as a girl who knows very little about mechanical stuff, when you go to a garage. Is there a big neon sign that only mechanics can see above your head saying "This girl knows nothing! You can tell her anything!"? Well, even if there is, Dennis and his team take no notice of it. Their professionalism and honesty really shone through when I took my car in for a fault which had developed, and all it needed was a new fuse. they did the job, told me that they'd had to something really small, and didnt take any payment - what a great bunch of people! I would not hesitate to recommend Dennis and the whole team at Cheltenham. Thank you guys.

Just wanted to say that the Nationwide people were really useful and very competent when fixing my car. They were very speedy and also kept us in the loop with what was happening. As a bonus, I got my car back much sooner than expected. Thanks for all the help!

I got my car serviced today from the Cheltenham Branch. This is my first visit to garages and I must say Denis (the Manager) was very friendly and put me at ease. I would certainly refer this garage to my friends and would certainly go back.

I have recently had my MOT done there for the 6th year in a row and every year I find them to be very friendly, professional and most importantly to me fair. Hi, I would just like to say how grateful I am for the Team at Nationwide in Cheltenham, Dennis (Manager) has always been spot on, a perfect manager. Today I had a problem with a gartor, called Dennis at about 2pm and by just after 4pm the car was fixed. What can I say.... Would never use any one else ever.

I just thought I would drop you a line to let you know what fantastic staff you have working for you in Cheltenham. The manager there is absolutely the most helpful person and very likeable, always calm, never rude and very much a peoples man. It would be lovely if Nationwide could somehow let him know that he is very much appreciated by his customers and he deserves a pat on the back for his sterling work.
