I very rarely pass on comments about a customer experience but I felt that after all the help he has been over the years I should acknowledge his hard work and commitment by sending an email. Mark Saunders (Manager of Chelmsford branch) has proved himself to be a great representative of your company today. I took my car in yesterday with very nasty sounding brakes and I was told that I would need new rear pads and discs, I phoned Mark this morning to check when the car might be ready to pick up and to get some reassurance that I wasn't being ripped off. I have dealt with Mark before on many occassions and always try to speak to him as he is always so helpful. On this occassion he was his usual helpful self but went that extra mile to make sure that I was happy with the service he was providing, he talked through with me over the phone exactly what had gone wrong with the brakes and why they had worn out in the way that they had, explained how the brakes worked and the parts involved and had the parts in front of him so that he could clearly describe what had happened. When I went to pick up the car he got the parts to show me and explained how they were set up on the car and even managed to find an extra bit of discount to bring the cost down a bit. I just felt that I should show my appreciation for his professionalism and for broadening my understanding.
