Just like to commend the service I received last Friday 10th. My car had broken down at a roundabout and I was recovered to the Stockport Rd, Cheadle branch (where I get both our cars services and have done so for the last few years). Phil Conway got his mechanic Paul to look at the car which had a corroded alternator wire, and he sorted it out promptly allowing me to get on my way. Great service and very family friendly as I had all 4 children with me.

I have to let you know about the amazing service I have received from Asif and Phil and the team tonight. I was 1 mile away from home when my battery light came on followed by the power steering failing. I decided to take it into the Autocentre to see if they could determine the fault. By the time I got there, the power had totally gone and the car died in the middle of the car park. With 3 young kids in tow I went in to be greeted by Asif. I expected to be told to leave the car and they would look at it in the morning (it was 4.30pm) but how wrong I was! They all sprung into action. Asif ordered parts and went out to collect them whilst Phil got 3 men on the job. The alternator had gone! They all worked until 6pm when the work was complete. I have never had service like that. Each and everyone of them was brilliant and deserves a huge fat Christmas bonus! Thanks to Phil also who gave the kids a packet of Randoms to keep them quiet! You have now got a customer for life!

Just to say an excellent job by Nationwide Autocentre at Cheadle. Phil and the team got a desperate teacher with a dead battery back on the road with an hour of a panic phone call. Super service with a smile. Thanks to everyone involved.

Just like to say thank you to the guys in the Cheadle branch for giving such good service and completing the full service and MOT on my wife's car today, a Vauxhall Coors. Excellent value, great service and we were delighted at the safety and winter packs we received. Best wishes to all for 2009.
