I am just writing to thank your staff for sorting my car out yesterday (they fixed a new bonnet catch to my Mondeo) They stayed late to get me back on the road which was much appreciated. I was impressed with the efficiency and would like to particularly thank Rachel who organised everything and the technicians who collected and fitted the part.

We were brought in by the AA at 1600 hours on a Friday afternoon with a knackered alternator. I am certain that in most places we would have been met with blanks looks and be told that "Nothing can be done today, Sir". Instead we were met with an outstanding level of help and service by both the manager and his mechanics. I would be grateful if you could pass on my gratitude to the team in Bristol and highlight to the powers-that-be at Nationwide Autocentres what an outstanding team they have there.

Just a quick email to praise the great service from the Team at Filton, Bristol yesterday. I had a flat tyre, they popped the spare on for me so I could get to my meeting. They ordered a new tyre which arrived when they said it would, fitted it and I was back on the road. Nothing was too much trouble. It was great to get such friendly service. Particularly Nathan, behind the desk. Well done.

I would like to express my sincere thanks to one of your Managers, Nathan, from your Filton Depot. My car broke down in Bristol on my way to holiday in llfracombe, and I was towed to your workshop. During the time my car was there, I was kept informed of the progress and also the cost of repair. On the day I went to collect my car I had a four hour journey by public transport, Nathan offered to stay at the depot until I arrived, which was after 6pm, he then offered to show me the way to get onto the motorway. He also gave me his mobile number and asked that I let him know I arrived at my destination safely; (there are not many people as thoughtful as this). I can not express my thanks enough to Nathan, and to say that if all your Managers are as helpful and accommodating as he was, then you have a fantastic team.

We would like to bring to your attention the incredible service we received on Saturday 29th August at the Nationwide Service centre in Filton. The quick efficient and friendly service we received from Nathan and his team was superb. They got us back on the road quickly. Thanks to this experience we will now be using Nationwide for all our servicing needs. It's honestly the best experience and level of service we have ever received!

The Manager offered to return to the premises after 5.30pm to arrange reception of the car from a recovery company. The recovery company managed to rectify the fault, which I did not expect but the Manager's willingness to go the extra mile and look after customers interests was very impressive and reassuring.
