Just a quick note to say how polite your staff at you Downend Road, Kingswood centre were, from Michael to the mechanics. Not being greeted by "Alright mate, what can we do for you?" and not being able to "do nothing" or the job taking twice as long or costing more than estimated as some others do. My other car was with my garage for a week for a clutch replacement. So next time I need repairs doing I will be phoning Michael for help.

Further to my advice this monring I have just returned from your Kingswood Bristol outlet where I wish to record my most sincere thanks to Chris who was extremely professional in the way he looked after me - as that is most potential customer's first point of contact and after my dreadful experiences this morning I considered going to a competitor but so glad I didn't! Whilst it is easy to complain it is just as easy to give credit where it is due!

The staff at the centre were brilliant, they really are doing a great job down there. The work was carried out quickly and they were very friendly.
