I just wanted to leave a quick message about the excellent service I received. Whilst on a trip to Brighton my car needed its MOT done. Unfortunately it failed and if it wasn't for the quick service I received I would have been stranded. The staff were excellent, friendly and very professional! I usually avoid big companies like Halfords but thanks to the service I received I will most definitely use this service again. I was actually left smiling even though my car failed!

I just wanted to make it known that I am really impressed with the service I have received from Nationwide in Brighton having originally taken my Audi A6 there with faulty electric windows - making use of the AA guarantee that came with the vehicle. Throughout the entire time my car was with you I was kept continually informed of any progress or setbacks and all estimates regarding the time the car would be ready for collection were sensible. I must also add that I truly felt that the mechanic entrusted with my car was genuinely concerned for me. I will not hesitate to use Nationwide from now on, regardless of AA cover or not. Well done!

I had great service and a great price. My vehicle was in at 8.30 and ready by 12.00 and I was called with progress of the work.
