Just thought Id drop you a line to say how very much I appreciated your help when my car was due for an MOT and I was unable to bring it in due to a fracturous humerous. In partular I would like to thank John for collecting and returning my car to my home which enabled me to get it taxed. I will continue to recommend Nationwide Autocentres particularly the Bolton branch to anyone who will listen. I will bring my car in for an Interim service in the new year/early spring meanwhile thanking you once again.

I am writing to you to express my thanks to your staff at the Bolton branch. I have always used what was Halford Service Centre then the AA Service Centre and now Nationwide Autocentres. But now my wife and I both use the Bolton branch mainly because of the manager Steve. He is a very kind man and as I am disabled he has always gone out of his way to accomodate me, and I would like this to be recognised.

I would like to express my satisfaction on the service received at your Bolton branch. I have been a customer there for a number of years & always been happy with the work performed. But they outdid themselves recently on my last service. I had a problem with the heater control & a new valve was required. My full service amounted to £400 (A number of jobs needed attention as I intend to keep the car for a few more years) so due to the price of the service they halved the cost of the valve, also, on moving the car off the ramp the exhaust was touched & bent. A new section was fitted at no extra cost (due to a problem with the ramp). This could have bee kept quiet & said it was done on the road but they didn’t & I was surprised & impressed with their honesty. It would be nice if you could let the branch know about this letter. I will certainly be going back there for future services.
