My car went in for extensive repairs and an MOT at Halfords Autocentre (new premises near Wickes). Many thanks to Brian for his advice, professionalism, friendly attitude and personally keeping me informed. Money well spent......I think!! I will always go back and will also recommend family and friends to make use of Halfords (Brian's branch).

On a wet and windy day my window screen wipers stopped working. I called into my closest Nationwide Autocentre in Perry Barr. I just wanted to say the gentleman there was amazing, it was a fuse that had gone which stopped them working. He did not treat me like a silly woman, he fitted my fuse without any fuss and didn't make me feel inferior at all. Thank you very much.
