I’d just like to thank Carl and his team. I took my car in with an engine fault; they diagnosed the issue and arranged with my warranty company to fix the problem. I was kept up to date and the service from Carl was very honest and friendly.

Message Carl and the team recently performed a major service, repair works and MOT for my VW Touran. I knew it needed a lot of work and they were upfront about what work needed done, what was essential and what was not and they were transparent in relation to the cost. I found Carl to be especially helpful and friendly and the team went out of their way to ensure that I was without my car for the shortest time possible. The work they have done is to an excellent standard - so much so that I've booked in my second car with them!

I would like to acknowledge the fantastic assistance and service provided to me by the Birkenhead autocentre and in particular the manager Carl England when my car was recently in for repair work. My warranty company directed me to the centre and Carl and his team kept me fully informed throughout the process. Carl himself had a number of conversations with the Warranty company that resulted them approving the bulk of the required works. All repairs were fully explained to me and all costs were transparent and advised in advance of authorising any work. They have my deep ratitude and I hope yourselves acknowledge their efforts.
