I would like to say a special thank you to the guys at Aylesbury 373.
Today I could not remove the locking nuts from my front wheels and thought it might be because they had been put on too tight at the MOT a few days ago.
Aylesbury told the wheel nuts were not touched during the MOT but told me to go to the Autocentre anyway where they removed the nuts for me at no charge.

I would just like to say as a mystery shopper I went to aylesbury autocentre and thought that the centre looked really great overall and the manager was a excellent help to me. Staff there were smart and very knowledgeable, there was a young lad in particular who struck me as very well mannered and highly trained who was very helpful answering my questions. Thankyou so much for your services and I will be telling everyone I know to use this autocentre.

The professionalism, helpfulness and quality provided by your team in Aylesbury was way above any similar service I have experienced when having work carried out on any of our cars. I noticed as I was waiting for my MOT the same manner in which all thye customers were treated, made to feel their situation was special. A real credit to your company.
