I used your Ashford branch today and had the clutch replaced in the my car. I was very impressed with the service I received and foundt he manager Daryl more than helpful and would like his customer service efforts recognised. I shall be using this branch for all my motoring needs.

I do not usually write to businesses I have used but on this occasion wish to comment on your Ashford branch. Your manager (I believe his name is Darryl) was faced with a problem by your supplier of tyres, who failed to deliver on time. He was particularly helpful, polite and efficient and deserves to be complimented - and, if you have an award system for your staff he should be recognised.
