"I was called the day before to ask if I could drop my car in earlier than requested online with a full explanation of why, which I quite understood and from that call until I collected my car I was treated with the utmost courtesy and respect. I was called to give me an update on my MOT before the service and advised on a couple of things that were felt needed with a full explanation as to why they were being recommended but at no time was there any pressure to accept these recommendations. Although I spoke to a couple of your employees I was especially impressed with Ralph (10) who gave me some good news regards my timing belt or chain as it is!!!
